Carrie, a medical assistant at the University Medical Clinic
Carrie Crist, MA

UMC already feels like home and finding a workplace that feels that way is truly the best feeling. From day one, I have felt welcomed by a team that is cheerful, supportive, and genuinely kind.

I was born and raised in Idaho and am the proud mom of two thriving teenage boys. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me outdoors enjoying hiking, backpacking, kayaking, paddleboarding, or camping. At home, I’m happily ruled by two cats, loved by a devoted dog, and entertained by a hamster who seems perfectly content in her little world.

I was drawn to NNU University Medical Clinic to be part of a genuine, caring, spiritual team- that are committed to helping patients in their health journey as well as supporting one another. The opportunity to freely shine for Jesus and make a difference in people’s lives is priceless. I am a native Idahoan and love the outdoors, concerts, pickleball and photography- as well as trying new restaurants.  I have boy/girl twins that I adore and 2 bonus daughters that bless my life. I strive to be grateful and count my blessings every day.
