Dr. Mary R. (Rosie) Kerr, MD

Dr. Mary R. (Rosie) Kerr MD felt a call to be doctor as a freshman attending Northwest Nazarene University.  She received her Medical Doctorate from University of Washington, completed her training at the UCSF Department of Family and Community Medicine, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.  She practiced Family Medicine in Yakima, WA and overseas with the Nazarene Church.  She and her family returned to Nampa in 2017, and she worked at Saltzer Health for over 6 years. 

She is excited to join the team at University Medical Center to work with like-minded people who serve patients with excellence and believe that each person is created in the image of God and should be treated with dignity and compassion.  Dr. Kerr is committed to stay informed about the latest developments in Family Medicine and is passionate about empowering patients and educating them about prevention and the reversal of chronic medical conditions through Lifestyle Medicine.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, travel, cooking, exercise, participating in church activities, and enjoying nature.

Reynaldo Celestino, FNP

As a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, Reynaldo Celestino brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and clinical expertise to the healthcare field. He is passionate about the broad range of family practice and enjoys getting to know his patients while helping them with their health care needs. He has a special interest in preventive medicine and bridging the gap in healthcare disparities. Reynaldo believes that immersion in the community he serves allows him to fully understand his patients and their families. It also helps him provide culturally competent care and better meet patients’ specific needs. Originally from Idaho, Reynaldo earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Lewis-Clark State College and a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner from Northwest Nazarene University. Shannon Hemphill, LPN

Shannon Hemphill has been a Licensed Practical Nurse in Family Medicine for more than 16 years.  Shannon is known for making her patients feel listened to and cared for. She is passionate about giving quality care with compassion.  Shannon started working at the University Medical Clinic in 2019.  When Shannon is not in the clinic, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Julia Ogorodnik

Julia is the friendly face you’ll see when you arrive at the clinic. She serves as our lead front desk receptionist. Here’s a little bit about Julia. 

“Since I can remember I’ve loved the medical field. I love seeing how medicine has evolved and how life has changed because of the changes. I enjoy helping people navigate all the different aspects of their healthcare needs. Originally from the Seattle area, I love Idaho for its dry weather and all the sun. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 kids and our 2 little pups. “
