Annual Wellness Exam
This is your annual preventive care exam aimed to catch potential health issues early before they become serious medical conditions. We focus on age-appropriate screenings, lifestyle education, and basic laboratory tests.
Chronic Disease Management
For those diagnosed with chronic conditions, our healthcare team works closely with you to develop personalized care plans. We focus on enhancing your quality of life and minimizing the impact of chronic illnesses. Some of the common chronic diseases we manage include diabetes, hypertension, asthma, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, and obesity.
Nurse Visits
A nurse visit is appropriate for simple problems that do not require evaluation by a provider. Some examples include urine drug screen, strep throat testing, lab draws, flu shot, and blood pressure checks.
Employer Health Screenings

Laboratory Services
Blood tests, urine tests, and other laboratory analyses are common diagnostic tools. These tests provide valuable information about organ function, blood chemistry, and the presence of infectious agents or biomarkers indicative of specific conditions. You can have your blood drawn on-site and we get results back within 1-2 days.

We have a strong relationship with NNU’s counseling and social work departments which allows patients to receive optimal care in a timely manner.
Pediatric Care
We offer basic pediatric care including well child checks and sick visits. These visits include physical exams, growth and development assessments and care for common childhood illnesses (cold, flu, ear infections, etc.). At this time, we are unable to offer pediatric immunizations but can connect you with a facility that offers this service.
